Due to current import tariffs and international customs regulations, some orders shipping from our overseas manufacturer (mainly China) may experience delays beyond the estimated delivery window.

While we aim to get every package delivered on time, unforeseen customs processing or tariff-related slowdowns may cause slight shipping delays.

Refund Policy:

All sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified. Due to the nature of our production process, each item is made specifically for your order, and production begins immediately after purchase.

Refunds will only be issued in the event that an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number along with photographic evidence of the issue.
